Date: 10052010 Time: 2038As promised, the recipe and how to make Spaghetti CarbonaraForget about the photos, blogger failed me once again.Ingredients:-Cream (whipped)-Milk (full cream)-Parsley-Black Pepper-Chicken Stock-Garlic-Butter-Fresh Button Mushroom-Chicken / Bacon-Parmesan Cheese-Pasta-SaltSteps:1. First cook pasta in hot water with a pinch of salt. Bite to see if its cooked. When done, take out pasta and immediately put it in ice cold water, then leave till last.2. *If bacon, fry bacon first, don't add oil. The fat on the bacon acts as oil. Fry till super crispy, then crush them. *If chicken, slice into pieces. Chicken breast recommended. Wash and cut mushrooms into slices. Crush 3 buds of garlic, and mince into tiny bits.3. Heat up pan. 4. Put butter and surround the whole pan.5. Fry garlic for a few seconds.6. Fry chicken for another while. around 30seconds-1minute.7. Pour in cream of around 200ml. (roughly 1 cup)8. After boil, spread some parsley over the cream.9. Move the pan away from the fire, then spread cheese over. Little by little, put more if not sticky. Caution: not too sticky until it feels like glue. 10. Pour in 1/5 cup of milk. 11. Add in chicken stock and pepper. (to taste)12. Fry mushrooms for another quick while.13. Taste if cream feels dusty, it means too much cheese, add more milk.14. Make the cream a little more salty with chicken stock, then fry spaghetti until the cream sticks on the spaghetti. 15. Spread on pieces of bacon.16. To be served.It should look something like this:Spaghetti Carbonara
